Rangers International FC of Enugu; the 2015/2016 Nigeria Premier League Champion will battle it out with our very own Anambra Warriors; FC Ifeanyi Ubah, the FA Cup 2015/2016 Champion for winner takes it all CHARITY CUP which will be held on 11th January, 2017 at National Stadium Abuja, Nigeria.

As anticipating as the Charity Cup Final is expected to be, in the heart of Rangers International FC it would be a revengeful match against Anambra Warriors for stopping them in clinching the winner in the just concluded Nigeria Super Four (4) tournament which took place at Enugu in December, 2016.

With both teams playing an interesting football and parading star studded of quality players, the match is expected to be a curtain raiser for the new season which will commence on January, 14th, three (3) days later.

With the tempo of the Charity Cup final already high and echoing, with anticipated reactions coming out from both camps comprising of coaching crews, players and fans with all eargness to take the days glory of winning.

FC IFEANYI UBAH CHANCES OF WINNING THE CHARITY CUP FINAL.

The glory of ‘Anyi Bu Mmeri’ follows the Anambra Warriors, clinching wins and maintaining status quo when necessary.

FC Ifeanyi Ubah who has maintain a solidarity win and indomitable side against Rangers International FC of Enugu would not be leaving any stone unturn in other to ensure victory.

With adequate preparations already seen in the camp, injury free, a humor in the dressing room and ending the pre-season tournament with a (4-0) win rescinding victory against FC Corinthians of PortHarcourt, its indeed a ‘WARNING’ signal ahead of the Wednesday clash.

Coupled with Alberico Da Silva; the Brazilian attacking midfielder maestro returning from his long term break, it will be a midfield boost for Ngoma Luamba the midfield commander.

As ever fit Ikechukwu Ezenwa, the clean sheet keeper keeps, there’s always a high hope of ‘VICTORY’ for FC Ifeanyi Ubah.

HEAD -TO – HEAD ENCOUNTER:

Let’s go straight to the Head-to-Head Record of both teams.

At the Nnamdi Azikiwe Stadium, Enugu, the home ground of Rangers, it was FC Ifeanyi Ubah that took all the required three (3) points away with a comfortable (3-2) win against home team Rangers International FC (NPFL) 2014/15 season.

A return leg some months after does left pains in the hearts of Rangers International FC as they left home without a point. FC Ifeanyi Ubah clinched the day with a consolidated (1-0) win (NPFL) 2014/15 season.

In the 2015/16 season first leg, in the home of Rangers International FC, in a fiasco derby indeed, Rangers FC scored the only goal of the encounter taking all the the three points away (1-0) and leaving FC Ifeanyi Ubah to went home without a point.

The first leg encounter between the two clubs was a wake up for FC Ifeanyi Ubah for (NPFL) 2015/16 season. When Rangers International returned to with a high hope of claiming their spot against the Anambra Warrior, it became different ball game with FC Ifeanyi Ubah claiming all the three point with a sounding (2-0) victory.

Though poor performance in the just concluded Nigeria Super Four (4) doesn’t stop FC Ifeanyi Ubah to maintain their indomitablility against Rangers International FC in a match that sees the Anambra Warriors not converting all their opportunities to ensure coming out victoriously., they ended up having their first ever draw match against Rangers FC (1-1) FC Ifeanyi (Super 4) 2015/16 season.

BOTH TEAM GOES INTERNATIONAL IN 2016/2017 SEASON.

Remember, with both teams been crowned Chamipons in the just concluded 2016/2016/Season, Rangers will represent the country in this year’s CAF Champions League while FC Ifeanyi Ubah will feature in the CAF Confederation Cup by virtue of their Federation Cup triumph.

MY PREDICTION FOR CHARITY CUP FINAL…

FC Ifeanyi Ubah (3-1) Rangers International FC.

‘As a gift of God to Africa, Anyi Bu Ndi Mmeri has come be the Heart beat of South East’
